Shipping policy

Shipping services are provided by third parties.

If the actual shipping rate is different from the one generated from the system, the difference need to be paid to proceed the order.

Additional charges apply to liftgate service.  Without liftgate service, you will be responsible for removing/offloading your order from the truck

Should your items arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.

Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with DIY Tools within 3 business days of delivery.
