Original Receipt Required

25% Minimum Restocking Fee Will Apply on All Returns

All Returns Must Remains Unused in Original Packaging 

All Returns Are Subject to Inspection Priori to Refund

Defective Will be Repaired Only. In Case It’s Non-repairable It Will Be Replaced with A New Piece.

Gas and Diesel-powered Machines Cannot be Returned once They Have Been Gassed or Oiled. 

Refund by way of original payment only

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost

Return is not applied to all Consumables  - bits, blade, sanding paper and more 

If your Product Arrived Damaged

Before contacting DIY Tools please call the carrier (Canada Post, Truck Company, etc.) that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.
